Her Life Was Ripped Apart by a Sick and an Evil Stalker
When Anthony Burstow, a veteran of the Falklands War, was stationed at HMS Collingwood in Fareham, Hampshire, in 1992, he met Tracey Morgan, then 22 years old, who was working as a civilian clerical officer there. Burstow spent hours telling Tracey Morgan how lonely and miserable he was since his wife was stationed in Hong Kong. Tracey felt sorry for him and attempted to assist him, even inviting him out multiple times with her husband, Andy. Burstow didn’t seem interested in receiving help, but Tracey persisted nonetheless.
The beginning of a nightmare
Tracey began to worry about the frequency with which she ran into him outside the office, at places like college and aerobatics. She woke up one morning to find a flat tire on her car and had to make the dreary journey to the office on foot. When Burstow assured her he could fix the flat tire, she gave him her keyring without thinking twice.
Tracey grew weary and apprehensive of his constant presence and discovered him parked in front of her house one day. With stern words, she sent him packing. She reported him to her superiors, who then instructed him to keep away from her.
